Business terms and conditions
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms govern business subscriptions to Horizon, firm-branded Warren and related Meet Warren services. They form a contract with the subscribing business.
1. Parties and agreement
1.1 We are FF WealthCo Limited, company number 16709281, trading as Meet Warren, of 2 Arundel St, Temple, London WC2R 3DA. Contact: info@meetwarren.co.uk.
1.2 You are the business named in the order. The person accepting it confirms authority to bind you.
1.3 An order is an accepted order form, written proposal or checkout setting out the services, price and subscription period.
1.4 The agreement starts when both parties accept the order. It consists of the order and these terms; any specifically agreed written variation takes priority.
2. Services and your responsibilities
2.1 We provide the services and support described in the order with reasonable care and skill.
2.2 We are not FCA-authorised and do not provide regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your permissions and professional obligations.
2.3 AI outputs may be incorrect. Projections depend on inputs and assumptions and are not guarantees. Check inputs, assumptions and outputs before client use.
2.4 You are responsible for supervising client-facing use. Do not rely on AI alone for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
3. Access and acceptable use
3.1 Your authorised users may use the services for your business and its clients within the order. Each paid seat is for one named user.
3.2 Client access and white-label distribution are limited to the agreed features and branding arrangements.
3.3 Keep credentials confidential, control user permissions and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. You are responsible for your users.
3.4 Do not upload unlawful content, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, access another customer’s data or resell access beyond the order.
4. Fees and cancellation
4.1 Prices, allowances and additional charges are set out in the order. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude VAT, subscriptions are paid monthly in advance and invoices are due within 14 days.
4.2 Paid upgrades and additional packs require your authorisation. Notify us promptly of disputed invoices and pay any undisputed balance.
4.3 Unless the order says otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly with no minimum commitment. Cancel by emailing info@meetwarren.co.uk or using an available cancellation control.
4.4 Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the paid period; fees are non-refundable except as provided in these terms or required by law.
4.5 Price changes apply only to future renewals, with at least 30 days’ written notice and an opportunity to cancel.
4.6 We may suspend access at any time for undisputed overdue fees.
5. Client Data and confidentiality
5.1 Client Data means information supplied through your business service and the client-specific profiles, conversations, documents, models and outputs derived from it.
5.2 You retain your rights in Client Data. We may use it only to provide and support the agreed services.
5.3 You are the controller of personal Client Data and we are your processor, or sub-processor where you act for another controller.
5.4 Neither we nor our sub-processors may use Client Data for AI training and advertising.
5.5 We separately control business contact, account administration, billing and limited operational information as explained in our Privacy Policy.
5.6 Each party must protect confidential information, use it only for this agreement and share it only with people who need it and owe confidentiality duties.
5.7 This excludes information lawfully public, independently developed or lawfully received without restriction. Legally required disclosure is permitted, with prior notice where lawful. Confidentiality survives termination.
6. Processing personal Client Data
6.1 We process personal Client Data during the subscription and return or deletion period to provide the agreed service, support, security and maintenance.
6.2 Processing includes collection, organisation, storage, analysis, modelling, output generation, transmission and deletion. Instructions comprise the order, these terms, authorised service use and subsequent written instructions.
6.3 Data includes identity, contact, household and financial information, documents, conversations, goals, models and outputs concerning users, clients, prospects and people mentioned in their cases.
6.4 You are responsible for lawful sharing, accuracy, notices and permissions, including any additional legal condition for sensitive information. Supply only information needed for the service.
6.5 We follow documented instructions, including for transfers, unless UK law requires otherwise. Where lawful, we will notify you before processing required by law.
6.6 We will immediately tell you if we believe an instruction infringes data-protection law. Authorised personnel must be bound by confidentiality.
6.7 We use technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption and access controls.
6.8 You authorise relevant sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We will give advance written notice of additions or replacements and an opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
6.9 We will resolve objections before using a disputed provider for your data. Sub-processors must be contractually bound by equivalent data-protection duties; we remain responsible for their performance.
6.10 International transfers require your documented instructions and a lawful transfer mechanism.
6.11 Taking account of the processing and available information, we assist with individual rights, security, breach notifications, impact assessments and regulatory consultation.
6.12 We notify you without undue delay of personal data breaches affecting Client Data and provide available information and reasonable cooperation.
6.13 We provide compliance information and allow and contribute to audits and inspections by you or your appointed independent auditor.
7. Ownership and outputs
7.1 We and our licensors retain rights in the software and documentation. You retain rights in your materials and branding.
7.2 We may use your branding only for the agreed deployment. Neither party may publicly use the other’s name or logo without permission.
7.3 You may use, adapt, export and share outputs for your business and clients, including after termination, subject to third-party rights.
7.4 To the extent we own output rights, we grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence for those purposes.
8. Availability and termination
8.1 We take reasonable steps to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Any service levels are set out in the order.
8.2 We may maintain and update the service, with reasonable notice of material changes. If a material reduction in paid functionality cannot be remedied, you may terminate the affected service.
8.3 Either party may terminate for a material breach not remedied within 30 days of written notice.
8.4 We may restrict access where necessary for a serious security risk, unlawful use or legal requirement, and restore it when resolved.
8.5 We may end a paid service on at least 30 days’ notice. If we do, or you terminate for our unremedied material breach or under clause 8.2, we refund unused prepaid fees and purchased credits.
8.6 Neither party is responsible for delays beyond reasonable control but must mitigate them. Either may end an affected service after 30 days of substantial prevention, with unused prepaid fees refunded.
8.7 On expiry or termination, we provide a reasonable opportunity to export Client Data. At your choice, we return or delete personal Client Data and copies without undue delay, unless law requires retention.
8.8 Retained data remains protected and restricted to that purpose. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination continue.
9. Liability
9.1 Nothing limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, revenue, opportunity or anticipated savings.
9.3 Each party’s liability in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of £1,000 and fees paid or payable for the affected services during that period.
9.4 For confidentiality or data-protection breaches, a separate cap of twice that amount applies instead. Claims arising from the same event count together.
9.5 These limits do not restrict fees properly due, individuals’ statutory rights or regulators’ powers.
10. General terms
10.1 Changes to these terms apply to future renewals on at least 30 days’ written notice. You may cancel before a material adverse change takes effect.
10.2 Changes do not remove accrued rights or retrospectively authorise new uses of Client Data. Other variations must be agreed in writing.
10.3 If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
10.4 Notices must be emailed to info@meetwarren.co.uk and your notified business contact. They take effect the next business day unless delivery fails.
10.5 English and Welsh law governs this agreement and non-contractual disputes. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
